1. What does this Privacy Policy mean?

This analysis of personal data and automated decision-making by Jolgena has no legal or other significant impact on individuals and provides only an advantage in receiving personally useful offers.

For the purpose of making personal offers, Jolgena will process the following personal data: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, data on use of Jolgena services (including use of service, delivery address, date and time, name of services, quantities, amount, the method of payment), the history of personal offers submitted by Jolgena and information on their use.

We will keep your consent and proof of it for 5 years

8. Direct marketing

Direct marketing is for individuals who have reached the age of 16 and have given their consent.
